This feature uses ML algorithms to assign tickets to the most qualified and available technicians based on their location, skills, and truck inventory.
This feature uses ML algorithms to analyze data from IoT sensors to predict equipment failures. Technicians can then be notified in advance so that they can schedule preventive maintenance and avoid downtime.
Advanced Forecasting Models:
This feature uses ML algorithms to predict future service demand. This information can then be used to optimize technician scheduling and inventory levels.
